RED WINE

JOEL GOTT: CAB SAUV

Aromas of raspberries, blackberries, plum, and mocha with notes of cinnamon and cedar. The wine opens with red fruit flavors, followed by velvety tannins on the mid-palate and notes of black pepper on the long, textured finish.

BARGLETTO: MERLOT

Fruity aromas of plum, and black cherry mingle with notes of cocoas and roasted coffee beans. Medium bodied, yet soft and approachable.

AVIANA: RED BLEND

Ripe and silky with a touch of sweetness, this wine offers lush red fruit and a long finish. A bold, supple wine from Portugal.

CLINE: ZINFANDEL

Amazing old vine fruit, detailed selection criteria and master blending show in the final wine. A wide array of jammy strawberry and plum aromas followed by black cherry, strawberry and vanilla flavors lead to a smooth and lengthy finish.

LILLIE'S FEATHER BOA: PINOT NOIR

The Pinot Noir has notes of strawberry and plum layered with baking spices. This wine is medium bodied, fruit forward and flavors of crushed gravel and oak with a soft, smooth finish.

WHITE WINE

HARVEY & HARRIET: WHITE BLEND

Composed of 50% Chardonnay, 18% Chenin Blanc, 14% Gruner Veltliner, 10% Albariño and 8% Viognier matured for 10 months in 35% new French oak. It has inviting aromas of white peach, beeswax, freshly baked bread and soft green herbs. The medium-bodied palate features layered flavors, a satiny texture, fresh acidity and a long, fragrant finish

BARONE FINI: PINOT GRIGIO

Delicate floral aromas with notes of lemon delight the nose. Refreshing flavors of honeydew and ripe apples are balanced with a bright acidity and warm minerality. Mouthfeel is crisp and lingering.

DAISY: PINOT GRIGIO

Opens with gorgeous aromas of grapefruit, lychee, licorice and summer flowers, framed by a flinty minerality. The palate delivers an intriguing interplay between rich, ripe notes and a firm acid backbone.

VILLA POZZI: MOSCATO

Italy- Fresh aromas of white and tropical fruits which leave a sweet but never obvious palate. The finish is very clean and pleasant inviting to another glass.

BREWER CLIFTON: CHARDONNAY

Ripe golden fruits, honeyed minerality, a kiss of iodine, crème brûlée, and white flower notes all emerge from the appellation 2022 Chardonnay Sta. Rita Hills, and as always, it competes with the best out there, offering medium to full-bodied richness, a round, layered mouthfeel, integrated acidity, and a great finishof mineral and spice on the refreshingly long finish. Made from grapes grown in the Awatere Valley, this wine is estate bottled

JOEL GOTT: SAUV BLANC

Aromas of white peach, honeydew melon, guava, and passionfruit with citrus notes. On the palate, the wine opens with tropical fruit flavors followed by crisp, refreshing acidity on the mid-palate and notes of tangerine and grapefruit on the long, clean balanced finish.

ROSE / SANGRIA / SPARKLING

FLEURS DE PRAIRE: ROSE

Fleurs de Prairie is a pale salmon color, with delicate flavors of red fruit and lemon, and a subtle note of tropical fruits on the finish. It is bright with refreshing acidity. 43% Grenache Noir, 40% Syrah, 9% Carignan, 5% Cinsault, 3% Mourvèdre.

FLYING LEAP VINEYARD: ROSE

Light and refreshing, Downrange Rosé is produced from hand-harvested Malbec winegrapes using the skin-contact method of maceration, soaking freshly-crushed fruit on skins overnight to imbue the juice with a light pink color. Once naturally tinted, the pinkish juice is pressed and fermented at cold temperatures to preserve its freshness and tart berry flavors. Enjoy well-chilled to enhance the wine's refreshing mouthwatering acidity, cherry essence and lingering, peppery and distinctive rose-hip finish

LOLEA: WHITE SANGRIA

A blend of Macabeo and Chardonnay. These aromatic grapes are used for the wine base and a subtle hint of vanilla blends with essential citrus aromas of lemon and orange, without losing freshness. The result is a very balanced and elegant Clarea, more sophisticated and chic than its red wine twin but equally fine with a persistent flavor and fragrance, hints of jasmine, apricot and loquat, and a great balance between acidity and sweetness.

LOLEA: RED SANGRIA

An artisanal sangria made with natural ingredients, based on Mediterranean citrus fruits, high quality Cabernet Sauvignon red wine, Tempranillo and a touch of cinnamon. Our sangria has a fizzy touch which makes for a refreshing and enjoyable drink.

DOMAIN STE: MICHELLE BRUT

Not too dry or sweet, Michelle Brut is a palate-pleasing sparkling wine that delivers aromas and flavors of apples and citrus with a light, toasty finish. Blend: 63% Chardonnay, 19% Pinot Noir, 18% Pinot Gris
